HBR11月号において、「偶然を起こすマネジメント」
The column in HBR states a management method to happen to meet innovation. The purpose of the management is to create innovation by teaming up innovative organizational structures. The following two examples is introduced in the column. Researches in different fields work together in the same lab and whole researchers attend the informal weekly meeting in the shared space. Acknowledging research in different fields by communication will leads to generate innovative ideas. Thus, opportunities to happen to meet innovation should be improved. TIC also initiates business plan for ourselves by communicating with a variety of business founders and professors.
